Today, after a 2 hour long orientation, we had a tour of Amman, primarily consisting of sitting on a bus. Here is a brief glimpse of the overwhelming colors of downtown Amman. When I meet with my language partner soon, our first adventure will be to the souqs so I can buy one of these beautifully embroidered “dresses!”*
*There are different words for dresses and styles of dresses in Arabic that I have yet to learn
